The proposed project consists of an 8-story mixed-use building featuring 456 apartment homes, 46 of which will be provided as inclusionary affordable housing. Residential units will be provided in a variety of formats ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms. Residential units will be complimented by on-site amenities including fitness, collaboration, lounge space, outdoor courtyards, and roof decks. Approximately 6,200 sf of retail will be located along Ocean Park Boulevard. A total of approximately 668 parking stalls will be provided on-site to serve the commercial and residential uses.
